The role
We are Carmelcrest Ltd, a Principle Building Contractor. We are currently looking for a skilled and responsible multi-trader to manage a long-term Framework contract in and around East London on a self-employed basis.
experience / qualities needed
Construction site-based experience working within occupied NHS buildings desirable. Also ability to use computers and email via mobile phone.
The successful candidate will be carrying out the following tasks:
- Driving to various NHS sites in and around East London.
- Measuring up and surveying minor jobs
- Managing and carrying out minor planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Completing snagging works
- Liaising with clients and our office to complete work orders.
Works are for a multi-skilled individual but will major on carpentry.
Company van will be provided, applicants are required to have their own tools.
Starting pay open for review based on performance.
