We are working with a stunning site in the heart of the City to recruit a Sous Chef for their team.
The site is brand new and fully specced with all the Toys you need to deliver outstanding food.
The Sous Chef will be predominantly responsible for the hospitality offer on site which ranges from working lunches to canapes to bowl food to fine dining but will also need to assist in the staff restaurant as and when required.
We are looking for Sous Chefs hungry to make a name for themselves within this renowned contractor.
experience within Michelin Star/3 Rosette/ High end hospitality contracts/environments a must.
