Forge Hospitality are working with one of London's top contract catering sites in the heart of the City to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie to join their team.
The site boasts a vast catering offer from a large staff restaurant to Italian Trattoria to Michelin standard client dining.
The Demi Chef de Partie will work in the main kitchen alongside the team to deliver exceptional breakfast and lunch offers to the staff on site. Demi Chef de Parties will also work in the theatre section cooking in front of customers anything from omelettes to pasta bars to grill bars and stir fry's.
The site caters for over 1000 covers daily and everything is prepared fresh on site with a daily changing menu.
Demi Chef de Parties should have a quality background in top London hotels, restaurants or contract catering sites and have a passion to learn and develop further in a quality kitchen.

This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours of 7am - 4pm with a basic salary of £22700
