Forge Hospitality Group are working with one of London's top contract catering sites in the heart of the city to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their team.
The site caters for over 1000 people on site and provides a full staff dining restaurant as well as a very high quality hospitality offer with plated dining to Michelin Star standards.
Everything is made fresh on site and the menus change regularly.
The Chef de Partie will be based in the hospitality kitchen catering for all manner of functions including:
- Canapes
- Bowl Food
- Buffets
- Fine Dining
The Chef de Partie will work alongside the team to deliver a quality offer and assist the Sous Chef with menu development.
The site is one of the top contract sites in London and the quality of food and service is second to none, as a result Chef de Parties will benefit from a superb working environment with fantastic opportunities for development.
We are interested to hear from Chef de Parties with experience in similar quality establishments including: Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels and top hospitality kitchens.
Core Hours: Mon - Fri
Salary: £23k + OT
