We are looking for a cleaner for a family of 5 in Finchley N3 3PG. The house is quite big and therefore we will need the cleaner to come everyday for 4 hours each time, preferably afternoons (from 3 to 7).
All cleaning chores are needed including deep cleaning of cupboards, washing, dusting, moping, tidying up, folding nicely, ironing etc. Might be asked if you are available to stay for longer from time to time.
Being able to cook is a bonus, but not required on a daily basis, only if asked to babysit.
We are looking for a cleaner:
experience: proven experience of at least 5 years in cleaning - you will have a UK reference for us to check. Understands needs of different surfaces and which cleaning materials can or shouldn't be used. Can fold clothes very nicely. Cares about cleaning and has high standards.
Work ethics: reliable, comes on time, thorough, good with fixing little issues, takes pride in the work.
Personality: kind and caring, cheerful, reliable, can handle teenager children, not too chatty, patient, confident.
Other requirements: we expect a good-enough English. Not beginner English please. We also prefer somebody from our area or close to our area. Please don't apply if you live very far away (over 45 minutes commute).
The job pays 10 pounds an hour.
We would like to try for 2 or 3 times and then decide. We can start trial From Sunday 7th January. We hope to find the right cleaner for us (after trial) By January 15th. We cannot start before Sunday 7th of Jan, sorry. We might not be able to answer between December 16 to January 7 but please do send us your CV and we will respond as soon as we can.
