Established in London 11 years ago, Temp Tribe are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Marketing Manager for maternity cover. You’ll be working independently (with the help of our in-house graphic designer) and reporting directly to our Managing Director. Full training given.
Temp Tribe provide hundreds of fantastic temporary workers daily to a multitude of London’s top 5* hotels, sports stadiums, event production companies, PR agencies and global brands, giving our agency staff opportunities to work as much or a little as they like.

Core responsibilities:

Drive online traffic and maximize conversions:
-Manage Adwords and Bing Ads + measure ROI.
-Improve and maintain SEO.
E-mail marketing
-Create effective email campaigns.
-Measure ROI.
-Segmentation - categorise new email subscribers.
-Work closely with Sales dept to grow the email lists.
Create new blog posts and case studies on the website.
Maintain the Wordpress website.
Manage multiple social media channels.
Create monthly marketing reports.
Run quarterly staff satisfaction surveys.
Create new marketing material and content for other departments (with a Graphic Designer).
Work closely with developers to maintain/improve our web portal and mobile app.
Your skills:
Essential:
Proven experience working in Marketing 2 + years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills
Copywriting skills
Computer literate
Proactive and able to work independently
Great attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
Desirable:
Understanding of Word Press.
Understanding of Google Analytics.
Understanding of Adwords.
