We are a successful Australian Concept seeking a Marketing Manager to head up the marketing department and be part of an exciting expanding brand; we currently have 7 venues. You will be responsible for managing all advertising, promotions, online marketing, web communications, loyalty schemes and social media channels, along with producing the brand guidelines for new and existing brands.
We are opening 3 new restaurants in 2022, and experience in restaurant marketing is required. Working with PR agencies, graphic designers, bloggers, and advertisings agencies, you will be responsible for delivering the marketing plans and strategy to meet company revenue and growth targets. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have the confidence to work autonomously and develop the company’s marketing and social media plan.
The role
·Oversee and develop the entire marketing strategy for the group.
·Generate sales and business development opportunities.
·Create inspiring proposals/presentations.
·Work with Head of Departments to conduct a strategy and effective marketing calendar.
·Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

Oversee all areas of marketing- ATL, BTL, TTL.
Oversee all social media, PR activities
Full budgetary control

The ideal candidate
·Minimum 3 years marketing experience with a level of hospitality exposure.
