Marketing Manager Job in London

Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum.
Are you a digital marketing maverick? We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies and optimise our digital channels.
Are you a property marketing maestro? We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across our growing sales programme. You’ll lead a team of talented and award-winning marketers to deliver campaigns for private sale, Help to Buy, shared ownership and our resident sales products and services, and work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless, self-service online customer journey.
Knowledge, experience and Skills required by the ideal Marketing Manager:
-  Previous marketing management experience in the new homes property sector (private sale and/or intermediate housing sector) with a proven track record of delivering against targets
- Significant and demonstrable experience developing marketing strategies that segment the target market
- Substantial experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns and a range of marketing collateral for a variety of audiences
- Proven experience measuring the effectiveness of and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Proven experience setting up marketing Suites and show homes
- Significant and demonstrable project management experience
- experience shaping customer databases to optimise segmentation capabilities and enable targeted marketing communications.
- A thorough understanding of the principles of PR and ability to proof read press releases
- experience of digital and social media marketing campaigns
- Extensive experience managing external creative, media and PR agencies
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to deliver quickly
- A strong understanding of the principles of branding and brand management
- A keen ability to develop compelling, audience-relevant content for print and online
- Proven ability to gather and interpret feedback and data to influence business decisions
- Previous line management experience; strong people management skills, ability to lead, motivate and performance manage
- Effective budget setting and monitoring; ability to deliver value for money
- Highly organized, solution-focused problem solving skills, able to work under pressure in a dynamic sales environment and manage high volume of projects and deadlines
- Clear, accurate writing skills with the ability to produce fluent and persuasive copy and content for a wide variety of audiences
- A persuasive and articulate communicator
- High levels of creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics and astute attention to detail
- Excellent report writing skills
- Working knowledge of and proven experience ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws, the Consumer Code and other relevant legislation
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Qualifications required by the ideal Marketing Manager:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Relevant Marketing qualification
