City Sprint have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive in our London Central Service Centre. The purpose of your role will be to develop City Sprint's existing and new Marketing campaigns across all channels. The successful candidate will use strategic customer market and competitor research to build insight into customer messages. You will develop a commercial understanding of these sectors, develop buyer process maps to inform the business and define content requirements at each stage.
You'll be charged with executing and analysing content marketing campaigns across all marketing channels, including content generation, management and roll out. You'll utilise such channels as blog posts, newsletters, web adverts, brochures, whitepapers and Social media, ensuring key messages are adapted and effectively communicated across each channel.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate with Sales and Client Services to ensure effective campaign planning and management.
Create sales enablement tools working with stakeholders across the business.
Organise event logistics - pre-event booking of catering, stand electrics and stand personnel etc. Sourcing of prospect lists, execute pre-event marketing campaigns (including social media and PR).
Attend and support sales teams during trade shows.
Complete post-event activities - evaluations for each event monitoring ROI, post-event email campaigns and lead upload into CRM system.
Update and develop online marketing channels - including websites and social media - in terms of content, usability and customer experience.
Work with digital marketing agencies to create innovative and effective e-marketing and media campaigns.
Maintain all aspects of brand integrity by being a brand custodian within the company.
Co-ordinate and develop relationships with suppliers.
Develop and maintain close working internal relationships within operations, sales and all other support staff at service centre, regional and national levels.
To work closely with line manager, creating, evolving and working to best practice procedures across the marketing function; respond to any ad hoc requests from Head of Marketing.

Essential Requirements:
Strong rounded experience within a Marketing Executive position in a similar sized organisation.
Demonstrative knowledge of utilising content marketing across various relevant channels such as social media, email marketing, brochures, newsletters, blogs and whitepapers.
Knowledgeable in building efficient and seamless campaigns and analysing ROI.
experience of supporting with coordinating at marketing events.
Analysing customer trends and applying findings to tailor more effective campaigns.
Degree qualification in a relevant field.
Excellent customer and supplier relationship management skills.
Managing and exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and your customers via various channels.
Be highly organised.
Acting on your own initiative without continued supervision.
Previous transport industry experience would be desired but not essential.
