Place: Harrow, Greater London



A small friendly team, based 5 Mins walk away from the Harrow-on-the-Hill tube and train station, looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our firm.

Your duties will involve:

·       General administrative duties to assist in the running of the department and taking instructions accordingly.

·       Scanning files on to case manager system.

·       Archiving files

·       Photocopying, scanning and filing.

·       Covering reception duties: opening, posting and franking mail, meeting and greeting clients.

·       Answering phones / client calls

·       Liaising with Accounts Department, clients and 3rd parties.

·       Updating and maintaining databases systems.

·       Maintaining social media platforms.

·       Creating content for blogs and website articles.

·       Website updates and maintenance (training provided)

·       Digital marketing involvement

·       Detail market research //competitors/ presentations/ promotional activities.

·       Assist with event organising and networking opportunities.

·       Any other reasonable tasks required by Management.

Skills required:

•        Educated to GCSE standard in English and Maths.

•        Quick learner with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

•        Good admin skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

•        Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

•        Polite telephone manner

•        Time Management, working to set deadlines.
