The French Comte is looking for market stall assistants based in London over the Christmas Market season, starting next week (10th November - 7th January)
Paid hourly rate £8/hr net, meals included.
Weekend availability essential but note that we are opened every day of the week from 10am-10pm. Hours will be confirmed via weekly rotas if you are successful.
Main duties:
- preparing and serving hot food
- Selling and up-selling food products
- Following health and safety checks and procedures
- Setting up, Packing up
- Cleaning up and tidying up
experience and skills (Full training still provided) :
- People skills, enthusiastic and energetic
- Serious, hard working and organised
- Proven sales experience and constant willingness to push sales up
- At least intermediate level in English is essential
- Ability to work alone as well as with a team
- Interest and knowledge in French food (especially cheese, wine etc)
