The meat for our toasties and brunches is slow cooked by us and comes locally via reputable butchers. Pastries and cakes are baked in house daily by our own pastry chefs.
Brickwood has already established itself as a go to hub in Clapham, Balham and Tooting and with 1 exciting new opening already accomplished in Shoreditch, East London and another on the immediate horizon in South London 2022 is shaping up to be a big year for us!
Due to this expansion, we are now looking for passionate, energetic and fun individuals to join our teams as Managers, Chefs, Baristas and Floor staff.
You should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar environment and if applying for a Barista position you must have relevant Barista experience and Sleek latte art skills.
You must be enthusiastic and naturally friendly, presentable and have very good written and spoken English.
Brickwood staff enjoy a fun, rewarding day time only working environment with the opportunity to further their skills though our various training programs.
Weekly hours 45-50 on a Rota shift system including weekends.
