Rök Restaurants has just announced the opening of their 3rd restaurant and are looking for budding Managers and Assistant Managers to work at the new site With prospects to grow with the young brand.
Applicants must be highly motivated, clean and professional minded managers with a hunger to learn new skills.
Rök is a Scandinavian influenced restaurant that cooks over open wood flames, with a strong focus on preservation and Fermentation. We are a small restaurant attracting great press and fantastic feedback, the team is small, friendly with a positive and professional attitude.

The ideal manager will have a keen interest in food and drink. Must be very approachable, polite and enjoy making conversation with customers.

The role is an all round team player. You will work the floor and occasionally the bar, this is a chance to be a part of a new expanding business with 2 other locations.
