Hanoi Kitchen is a London-based Vietnamese street food business. You can find us at Victoria Park Market, Broadway Market, Kings Cross, West India Quay and with summer in full swing, we’ll be up and down the country doing festivals, weddings and birthdays too. Look out for our red Renault Estafette food truck!
We have a full-time position going for a manager. The role involves prep days in the kitchen, making sure we are organised for our events in the week, and day to day managing of our markets and team. We also have several festivals and private events lined up, which means there can be quite a bit of variation if you want it, and a lot of fun!
A driving license is essential (full UK held for at least 3 years), as you would be expected to drive one of our vans to markets and events. We would provide all other training, including health and safety/food hygiene courses. experience in the food and services industry would be a real plus, but not compulsory.
Our salaries are competitive, with bonuses as well.
