Floor staff - full time - permanent
35 + Hours per week, 5 days a week

£9 + An hour plus tips
LOVENbakery is a new café/bakery/deli/wine bar opened in Hale Village November 2022. We are looking for people who consider themselves professionals in hospitality and therefore have a professional attitude towards the job. Someone with good experience of working with the public, as part of a team (but with the capacity to think for themselves) work well in potentially stressful situations and problem solve under pressure. Someone with a potivitve 'can-do' attitude, enthusiastic and willing to help develop a new project to succeed.
Duties
-Opening/setting up and closing the restaurant.
-Meeting and greeting customers, taking orders,
-Making/serving drinks including serving wine to the table (ability to make cocktails and barista style coffee is a plus but not essential)
-Serving food and working on the pass with the pizza chef to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
-Answering the phone and taking reservations.
-Generally ensuring a room full of happy people.
-Adhering to food hygiene and food safety regulations in terms of appearance, practice and discipline.

Qualities and skills
-A friendly and positive attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills.
-experience of working with the public in a hospitality environment.
-experience working on a simple pos system.
-Reliable and with a good sense of organization.
-Capacity to adapt and multi-task in an environment that changes through-out the day.
-Great level of English.
-Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Pizza maker / pizzaiolo  - full time - permanent - london n15 - seven sisters / tottenham.
35 + Hours a week, 5 days a week.  35 + Ore a settimana.
£9-£10 + An hour plus tips  £9-£10 + per ora piu’ Mance.
We are looking for someone to join our small team making high-quality Neapolitan style pizza at Loven. We need someone enthusiastic and willing to grow with the company, with a passion for food and cooking, previous experience and skills in pizza making are important  as well as being able to adapt to our style of pizza making and keep the quality we have set.

Duties

Daily preparation and 'mise en place' for service.
Opening and hand-stretching the pizza
Baking Pizza in a wood-fired oven
Adhering to food hygiene and food safety regulations in terms of appearance, practice and discipline.

About us
Loven is an independent local Tottenham business with 2 spaces, one in Hale Village and one close to Seven Sisters tube station. We have been operating in the area for 4 years and opened our ‘Loven Bakery’ space in December 2021. We are English/Italian partnership with a team from all over the world. We are friendly, relaxed but hardworking group with a belief in providing high quality food and a fantastic experience. Our customers are mainly people who live in the area and share our belief in building a great local community and being part of the future of the area.
