Working hours: Monday to Friday; live-in 7am-7pm, live-out 11am-6.30/7pm.
Salary: Live-in £400-£500 net/week; Live-out £10-£12 net/hour.
Children: 4 y/o and 6 y/o (both in full-time education)

A relaxed but busy family of working parents and 2 children are looking for a super organised and engaging Nanny/Housekeeper. This role is 50/50 nanny and housekeeper and will suit someone who is skilled in managing the household from top to bottom putting the children’s well-being and healthy development as a priority. You will be required to perform housekeeping duties while the children are at school, and the duties will include cleaning the family 4-bedroom/2-bathroom house, keeping the house organised and tidy daily, laundry and ironing only for the children (the parents look after their laundry and ironing themselves), preparing shopping lists (in the future possibly managing online grocery shopping), putting the groceries away into the fridge and the cupboards, cooking for the whole family (preparing menu for the week ahead, following recipes on request). The nanny duties will include school runs, helping with homework, taking the children to various activities, playing with the children, keeping them engaged, taking them to playdates and organising playdates for them, going to parks and playgrounds, proxy-parenting when the parents travel for business (up to 1 night, possibly twice a month), and other duties usually involved in the nanny role. The family doesn’t require you to travel with them on holidays and there are no pets in this household. You are a good match if you are super organised, can relate to children in a gentle way, can teach the children about the world around, have the skill to be engaging with children, and if you are simply kind and nice.
Applying for this position you must have at least 3 years of experience in the similar position in the UK, up-to-date CRB/DBS and Paediatric First Aid (or willing to process these immediately).
