Our lovely Australian nanny’s visa is coming to an end in June after working with us for 2 years and we are looking to find another equally lovely nanny to fit into our family.
We are a Chiswick based family with 3 lovely children (9G, 13G, 15B). Our son is sporty and fairly independent. Our utterly gorgeous middle daughter has learning difficulties. She boards weekly at a special school but is home every holiday so an interest in supporting a child with special needs would be helpful. During term time, the role would therefore largely be supporting our younger daughter who is 9 and is embarking on preparation for her 11 + exams in 18 months.
Both of us work so are looking for a nanny who is easy going and lots of fun to be able to fit into our daily life. The hours can also be flexed to suit where required. The role includes preparing healthy meals for the kids, school runs (you will need to be a +25 year-old driver - car provided), helping with homework (maths and English writing and comprehension) and lots of outdoor activities.
The role pays at 40 hours/week which would be fewer hours term time with more hours during school holidays. Babysitting and very occasional weekend work would also be required but would be mutually agreed in advance.
The position is available from mid June. Key requirements would be good written and spoken English (for helping with homework), a non-smoker, a confident driver with a clean licence and fully checkable references. It is highly desirable that you live locally.
