Live-in housekeeper / carer / companion for mature woman in Central London (2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off)

We are looking for a patient, hard working, caring person to be employed as a housekeeper/ carer/ companion for a woman in her 70s in Central London.
The role would best suit someone with previous live-in care experience who can commit to a long period of employment.
experience with  Alzheimer's dementia highly desirable, as well as the ability to be highly patient and approach each and every task with a smile.
** Please note: a clean driver's license and plenty of urban driving experience is essential for this position**

Responsibilities would include:
Keeping the house clean and tidy, doing laundry and dealing with rubbish.
Going to the grocery store to get food.
Carrying out some errands in the local area.
Cooking tasty healthy meals
Administering medication
Some caring responsibilities as and when required.  (currently no waking nights, no personal care)
Facilitating social and cultural activities (some travel may be included)
Liaising with doctors, attending medical appointments.
Calling plumber, electrician etc to keep household running as necessary.
Effective and efficient communication with family members by telephone, text and Whatsapp.
Some basic administration

**Clean driving license is essential**
Trial shifts starting in June
We are a private employer
Current DBS required, NVQ2 highly desirable.
Pay is £600-700 net depending on experience and capabilities.
