We are a friendly family living in Barnet, North London who require a live in au pair to move in with us and start working from the beginning of September 2022. Duties include providing breakfast for two boys aged 6 and 9 years old and driving them to school, picking the boys up from school, helping them with their homework, preparing dinner for the family, bathing the boys and getting them ready for bed plus doing the boys washing and keeping their room tidy. Hours are Monday - Friday 7-9.30am and 2.30-7pm plus one evening babysitting a week (only one Friday a month and Saturday nights subject to negotiation). We live in a 7 bedroom house and have a cleaner so only light housekeeping duties are required in this role. The au pair has the top floor to themselves with their own bathroom and large living space plus use of our gym. There is also a small separate kitchen if required. The tv in their room has Wi-fi, NETFLIX and sky. Please only apply if you have a full driving license and are a confident driver (we have an automatic VW Polo car for the au pair’s use), have good English, are an independent, positive, active person who will happily play cricket and football and other sports with the boys and doesn’t mind a Nerf battle or two. We are an easy going family used to having live in au pairs and nannies but are usually very busy at the weekends so need someone who is comfortable doing their own thing at the weekends. We offer competitive au pair rates for the hours worked and there will be a handover with our current au pair. We look forward to hearing from you.
