Brilliant role in Belgravia starting as soon as possible for the right candidate!
This is a unique position where the Nanny will live in part of the week! The role starts at 5pm on a Sunday when the nanny relieves the weekend Nanny. The Nanny will then move in till Thursday night at 5pm when the weekend nanny takes over again!
The nanny is working for this entire time, the nanny will also take the baby monitor to bed and is expected to wake up if the kids get up in the night. The boys are 5 and 3.5 – they sleep through the night now! The reason the parents want a nanny who can take the baby monitor is that they tend to go out in the evenings and sometimes at quite late notice so they find it easier to always have a nanny in the house who is reliable.
The boys are at school during term, the nanny will wake them up in the morning, give them breakfast and take them to school. When the boys are at school the nanny would be expected to do nursery duties and family admin. In the afternoon, the nanny will go pick up the boys, take them to afternoon activities or a play date. The family are very social, there is always people in their house and the kids have a lot of playdates. The nanny needs to be happy and comfortable with this!
The family also travel a lot, the nanny will go with them on their trips but they stick to the same routine when they are away to keep things easy for the nanny and the children.
This family is looking for someone bright, reliable and capable. A nanny who has had experience with this age group is a must! If a nanny has done this type of work before it’s a huge bonus!
