Your main responsibilities:
- Welcoming all clients/ Landlords with a friendly attitude
- Day to day marketing and advertising properties
- Sourcing Landlords in the area
- Conducting viewings
- Achieving targets
- Providing applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
- Professionally handling calls to the company
- Registering applicants on property software database
Package:
OTE £30,000 + pa
