Canary Properties in Marylebone are looking for a Lettings Negotiator. With the business continually growing we are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator who has the drive, energy, and passion for the business to join this work hard play hard environment. The role:

Dealing with residential Lettings
Liaising with potential tenants, identifiying their needs and showing them suitable properties.
Keeping Landlords updated of the marketing and progress of their property.
Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords, agreeing new tenancies.
Working to monthly performance targets
Ensuring that the lettings compliance is upheld.
Phoning out to previous contacts and current contacts to generate new business (market appraisals)
Working closely with the Lettings team to achieve service and performance standards.

The requirements/experience needed:

12 Months + experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
Solid understanding of the lettings process and compliance.
Ability to build rapport quickly, confident communicator.
Energy and ambition, drive to progress your career.

The benefits:

£12K Basic Salary
10% Commission on every deal!
Quarterly bonus of £1K (£4K p.a.)
Travel Allowance
Training will be provided to become an Arla member.
One day off during the week.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 9:15am - 7pm
Saturdays 10:30 - 4pm
