Exciting modern Central London Estate Agency is currently looking for Lettings and Sales admin assistants to join our teams on a part time permanent basis.
We started to build our business in 2008, united by a common conviction that clients deserved a better service than the traditional estate agency set up could deliver. Since then our business has grown from strength to strength with an organic expansion from our London Bridge base to encompass Canary Wharf and our latest state of the art Landmark office in Surrey Quays SE16. We are members of both Arla (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents).
Our growth has been based on the back of our leadership team's extensive industry knowledge and our staff fantastic work ethic and team collaboration. Through embracing modern practises and always looking to innovate our approach, we have developed an excellent track record for not only delivering brilliant customer service but also fantastic staff development and retention. We have an in-house training program as well as offering staff the ability to take part in outside courses as well as the possibility to gain a full Arla qualification or NAEA qualification.
Our company deals with some of London's most exclusive new developments in some of the most exciting and expanding property markets. The Role:

Assisting our Sales and Lettings teams negotiators in almost all aspects of the role including applicant registrations, arranging and carrying out viewings when required.
Assisting our Management team with specific tasks within the office.
Working with our property marketing team and property management team.
You will learn aspects of deal progression and file management.

Previous sales experience is desirable but not an essential.
