We are looking for a self motivate Part time Lettings Negotiator. There is a position in a fast growing company. We are looking for a highly motivated person, must be reliable, well-presented and ambitious.

Work base in 20 h a week, Basic £8k + Commission for renting each room.

As a Letting Negotiator your Responsibilities will include:

Advertising

Answering costumer enquires

Conducting viewings

Meeting clients

Key Skills/Qualifications:

- Fluent English Speaker. Spanish Speaker or other languages is a plus.

- experience in a sales environment

- Costumer service orientated

- Results/goals orientated

- Smart and well presented

- Good communication skills

- Self-motivated
