An established estate agency require services of a Letting Negotiator.
The candidate should possess excellent speaking and writing skills.
Should have passion to progress within the company.
Should have independent approach and posses problem solving skills
Should have at least 1-2 years of work experience in a estate agency
Should be able to drive and have full driving licence.
The main job role will be:
Signing on new properties by searching through papers and websites.
Carrying out viewings and negotiating with potential landlords and tenants.
Time to time doing all other tenancy related tasks.
In return we offer our staff basic salary of £15000 pa with up to 20% commission on top.
