Having just moved into brand new custom built offices. Roundtree Real Estate are a young vibrant estate agency that stands out from the competition. We are market leaders in our area and manage hundreds of properties which will give you the opportunity to join an already red hot desk as well as bring on new clients. We need a super-dynamic individual who is hungry to make money and not afraid of taking on new challenges.
The Role:
As part of our growing lettings division a typical day will include,
• a morning round up
• viewing lettings properties
• bringing on new properties by utilising our marketing team
• negotiating offers
• providing exceptional customer service at all times to ensure we keep building our reputation
Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in our family run business you will have any of the below qualities:
Well spoken and well presented and able to liaise with a wide range of clientele.
Money hungry, motivated and driven!
A proven track record in sales; does not have to be property although that would be a benefit.
You must have a full UK driving license!
