DF Mexico is a fresh and exciting new concept. We do things a little differently and fuse Mexican flavours and American Diner culture for a unique food experience. We currently have restaurants in Shoreditch, Tottenham Court Road and the new Pergola Paddington and Swingers! We also do festivals and anywhere we can share our love for Tacos!

Pergola is a pop up kitchen so service is fast and hands on! You will be involved in all aspects of food production and monitoring quality. No experience needed for this role as we will provide you with full training.
