You’re the whizz in our kitchen. The bright and breezy team player who gets involved in everything from making sure that our chefs have enough plates to preparing the freshest of ingredients and cooking up our sauces. Let’s face it, without all those kitchen essentials being taken care of, the whole operation would come to a grinding halt.
 
We can show you the ropes so you don’t need experience, though if you’re already kitchen savvy, so much the better, either way there’s great training waiting for you. A real passion for people, service and food is what really matters here, not forgetting a good level of spoken English.
 
In addition to fabulous friends we offer regular fun days, rewards for long service and holidays.
 
GBK History
It all started back in 2001 when three Kiwi guys set up the first Gourmet Burger Kitchen in London. Word quickly got around - and soon their fresh, quality burgers served up with a dash of personality and fun were a gigantic hit. Before long new restaurants started popping up all over the place - and now there’s over 80 of them across the country, with plenty more coming. But you know what we’ve learnt along the way? GBK’s success is all about its people. Close knit teams who love what they do and light up the place with laughter. People who think for themselves and enjoy doing things their way. They’re our future, and we love ‘em.
