We are Ergon Deli Café, a fast-growing European franchise offering artisanal products, specialty coffee and great service to our clients for the last 9 years.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee crafting, artisanal food, baking, cooking and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect, empathy, and recognition. experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred, but we are always willing to train the right people. We are currently looking for our newest additions at our Ergon Deli Café in Mayfair. Availability should include weekends.
You will:
• Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates
• Perform any necessary kitchen preparations
• Become familiar with our sandwich and salad recipes, but maintain an attention to detail to correctly prepare any customer-modified orders
• Understand proper use of all equipment including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, coffee machines, coffee grinders, toasters, salamander, etc.
• Practice proper baking procedures and follow baking schedule
• Strive for detailed knowledge of product line
• Always maintain a clean area, be quick, accurate and organized
• Work with a sense of urgency to fulfil counter orders for priority take away and delivery
• Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully. These tasks may vary but can include helping your teammates when and where needed, cleaning, organizing, taking out trash, etc.

• Passionate about cooking, baking and creating experiences for the guests
• A professional - you are serious about your work
• Reliable and consistent. Y our manager and teammates can always depend on you to be punctual, looking sharp and always friendly
• Obsessed with the details. Quality and consistency is a must for you
Dedicated to your team and your guests – outgoing, friendly and informal character
You have:
• Excellent guest service skills
• Physical ability to work an eight (8) hour day or more while on your feet (Don’t worry, we do have breaks as well)
• Basic math and computer skills
• A flexible schedule and are available to work weekends
