The Red Hot Box Company is a small expanding company catering for the film industry. Our food is prepared and cooked in our kitchen in Park Royal then delivered and served in our hot boxes wherever the film shoots unit base is on the day. We are currently working 6/7 days a week so desperately need to build up our staff bank.
We are looking to fill the following vacancies:-
1) Chefs with at least 5 years experience of working in a busy kitchen producing quality food, we are looking for a regular subcontractor as well as a bank of good reliable chefs we can call on to help us out as and when needed.
2) Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant we need to find someone who is hard working and flexible. Their daily duties would be to ensure the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Washing pans, utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. Sorting and storing deliveries. Preparing vegetables and helping to prepare salads and desserts. Disposal of waste and recycling. You will need to have the ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks quickly, to use your own initiative and work alone and above all the ability to remain calm under pressure.
3) Front of House/Drivers – friendly, efficient and presentable front of house staff needed who would be willing to deliver and serve breakfast and lunch. You must be punctual, use your own initiative and be able to work alone. Help out in the kitchen making sandwiches/wraps when time allows. A car owner is preferable however not a necessity, but must have a clean driving license for at least 5 years.
4) Sandwich/Wrap maker - this role is as stated and would suit someone who is looking for part time work, you’d need to be punctual, responsible and work alone using your own initiative. It would be for approximately 4 hours a day starting from 6.00-7.00am
