Park Road Kitchen is a rotisserie and deli on Battersea Park Road and Northcote Road, 5 minutes from Clapham Junction. We specialise in fresh, wholesome food to take away and often cater for private functions. We were voted Time Out Magazine's Best New Eatery in SW11 Love London Awards 2014. The business is growing, and this will provide opportunities for growth and progression in seniority and responsibilities within the business.
We will soon be opening at a third location in Clapham Old Town and we are looking for full time kitchen assistants looking for progression to join our small and friendly team as soon as possible. Roles are available at all branches and training will be provided.
Working in the kitchen requires:
-Preparing salads and sides for the deli counter as well as meat for the rotisserie.
-The ability to follow Park Road Kitchen recipes.
-Thoroughness with opening and closing duties as well as excellent hygiene practices.
-Stock and inventory control as well as placing orders with suppliers
-Occasionally you will be required to help serve customers during busy times
-Previous experience of a professional kitchen or a good personal knowledge of food and experience with cooking.
-A good standard of spoken English
