We operate a popular, spacious all-day cafe in a food-loving neighbourhood. Our open kitchen and wood fired pizza oven put the kitchen Goings-on at the heart and centre of everything we do. We aim to strengthen our community by providing delicious food, presented simply and with love, in a cozy and warm setting where everything feels just right.
We focus on baked treats and beautifully presented brunch and lunch dishes.
We are building a team of kitchen all-rounders who value both collaboration and independence. You will work in a bright, well-equipped kitchen with all the tools and space you need to create dishes from scratch.
Having proved yourself a skilled chef and reliable team member, you will be entrusted with creating daily/weekly specials and updating our core menu to reflect the seasons.
Essential:
- At least 2 years' experience in a commercial cooking environment.
- A positive, pro-active attitude
- Strong English language and communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
Desireable:
- experience in bread baking / patisserie.
