Chef Wanted for Exciting Opportunity (Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm)
The Chef's table provide canteens and catering solutions to the construction industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and or experienced Chef to join our team, due to recent major contract wins. The successful Chef will run a highly prestigious canteen operation based in Central London and possibly oversee several other canteens around London and the South East.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience of catering for 500 plus.
• Ability to maintain an organised kitchen, whilst working at speed.
• Be able to follow and maintain superior food hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage and order stock efficiently.
• Able to follow company guidelines, whilst maintaining individuality.
• Ultimately be able to provide high quality food at all times.
