Kitchen Assistant Manager

ProToGo is looking for a passionate and driven Kitchen Assistant help to run a small kitchen based close to Brick Lane. We make all natural, high protein grab and go meals that we sell online, to gyms and to offices.

Key functions

• Ensure the kitchen team follows operational procedures in a timely matter.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment abiding by HACCP standards for our central production kitchen.
• Food hygiene health and safety knowledge minimum level 2 certification.
• Delivers high quality food based on the above criteria and on-time for service based on store orders and catering.

We are offering

Base £8.25 per hour and increases based on performance.

• Our kitchen team works daytime hours with some weekend and evening work. Currently typical days/hours would be Sundays, Wednesdays (all day) and Monday to Thursday-evenings (6 to 10pm). This will increase over time as we're expanding the business.
