Busy outside catering company requires multi- skilled people to be responsible for leading the early morning production so we can deliver food all over London. The willingness to learn is key and you must be OK with working EITHER late nights or very early mornings.
The role involves all types of sandwich making, baking off breads, pastries, mixing sandwich filings, preparing items to be cooked for the next day and some ordering with suppliers.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a a production kitchen, catering company or sandwich bar.

We are based in South West London near Balham, Clapham South and Wandsworth Common Station
Ideally live close to our kitchen
Flexibility - the work is varied and you will have responsibility
You need to be fit, of smart appearance and flexible
If you drive or cycle it will help you to get to us
You must be fast and take instruction well
Driving Licence is preferred but not essential
The job is varied but an interest and passion for food would be useful.
It's a full-time position and mainly Monday - Friday - 40 - 45 Hours per week
