Killer Tomato is a 32-cover restaurant serving burritos, tacos and cocktails in Shepherd's Bush. We're looking for a KITCHEN PORTER AND CLEANER to work five nights a week (33 hours approximately, Tues-Sun) for an immediate start.
You'll be responsible for cleaning both back and front of house, including the nightly close-down clean and the weekly deep clean, plus washing up, and a variety of kitchen jobs given to you by the chefs. You must have good attention to detail: we need you to keep the whole restaurant nice and clean every single day.
It's a relaxed restaurant with a lovely team and of course lovely customers. We've had great reviews from Time Out and Metro and on social media including Infatuation, London On The Inside and Trip Advisor.
We are looking for someone who lives in or near Shepherd's Bush. Shifts can finish at midnight so this job is not suitable for people living more than 30 minutes away.
We pay London Living Wage (currently £9.75/hr) and you get a staff meal while on duty.
You MUST have:
- previous experience in hospitality KP / cleaning work;
- good written and spoken English (ideally C1 level);
- the right to work in the UK (we don't pay cash).

Although you will be doing some kitchen jobs, and there will be an opportunity to learn about cheffing, this is primarily a KP/cleaner job and therefore not suitable for someone who wants to be a chef soon.
