Responsibilities:
• Maintain high personal standards and wear correct uniform.
• Adhere to opening and closing duties for the business.
• Maintaining preparation and stock levels in line with the needs of the business.
• Ensure wastage is reported to the duty manager.
• Deal with any issues that arise during shift promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the duty manager where necessary.
• Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered at all times.
• Ensure the business is clean, tidy and well presented at all times.
• Ensure all products are served to company and brand specification.
• Adhere to all aspects of Fire, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Trading Standards and COSHH
• Report all accidents/incidents/maintenance issues through the correct procedure
• Support the needs of the kitchen team
• Highly motivated.
• Passion for food and drink quality and service and standards.
• Be able to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
To be successful, you must be positive, friendly, and excel at working within a team.
You’ll have strong experience in a similar role and the drive to pursue an exciting career with an expanding PAUL UK.
