The Grosvenor Victoria Casino in Central London is currently looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Kitchen Porter
Key Duties include:
• Providing a clean and hygienic work environment before, during and after food service
• Providing reasonable support to the kitchen brigade in the preparation of food
• Offering support to the Casino with manual handling tasks
• Having a working knowledge of the day to day back of house operation, kitchen production operations and cleaning routines
• Complying with all Company hygiene standards, policies and procedures
• Ensuring all cleaning materials and chemicals are stored in the correct manner
The successful applicant will:
• Have knowledge and experience of COSHH
• Have experience of working in a 24 hour, 7 days a week operation, where customers are at the heart of the business
• A desire to offer the very best in customer service, even in challenging conditions
• Understand the importance of teamwork
• Be flexible to work night shifts and weekends
• Have a good standard of spoken English
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
