We are looking for a talented, trustworthy, reliable person to join our small team working in a canteen within a language school in Russell Square.
Customer service skills are essential and a high priority of ours, our student satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
During the day you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the canteen - washing up, taking out the bins, sweeping the floor and at the end of the day the canteen must be thoroughly tidied and cleaned. We also work together to put away any orders and keep stock in an organised and tidy way.
At busy times will be required to assist on the till and serving customers.
Coffee is very important to us and our students, so barista experience would be good - but is not essential - we will train the right person.
Excellent customer service is of paramount importance to us, so you must posses excellent customer service skills and always serve with a smile.
The hours are Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 15.00 and Saturday or Sunday from 08.00-11.00 OR 16:00-20:00. (Overtime options might be available time to time)
The Saturday or Sunday shift evening Shift is to prepare and cook a healthy meal for up to 15 students (a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option), as well as carrying out duties on the cleaning Rota. So cooking experience is desired.
The rate of pay is £7.95 per hour.
