Job Role:
You will be washing up and assisting the Head Chef and Kitchen Assistant as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure basic cleaning jobs carried out as quickly as possible.

Washing up is essential and to carried out as directed.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment as per Head Chef’s instructions.
Clean tables if required/and as instructed.
Unload all food and other deliveries and store as per Head Chefs instructions.
Keep storage shelves, work surfaces, walls, floors, clean and sanitised at all times.
Check the Customer and staff wash rooms/lavatories keep clean and stocked.
At the end of the day ensure all washing up is completed, kitchen is cleaned, bins are emptied, floor are vacuumed and mopped, WC’s are cleaned.
Complete washing up and ensure all crockery, utensils, equipment is replaced in its rightful place.
