Set in the very popular Carnaby street area, Pitta Bun is a new street food concept.
Pitta Bun is looking for a full time Kitchen Porter to join a fresh, small team of chefs and floor staff members, preparing and serving Modern Greek street food.

Kitchen porter - key duties and responsibilities.

* Ensure pots, pans and all kitchen equipment is cleaned and put away as per instruction.
- Ensure the kitchen is cleaned to the standard set by Health and Safety legislation.
- Have a basic understanding and knowledge of food safety law.
- Report any potential hazards / breakages and follow agreed procedures to remedy.

Kitchen porter – skills and experience required.

* Previous experience of working in a kitchen preferred.
* High standard of personal presentation
* Committed to delivering a first class customer service.
