Italian restaurant based in Chelsea currently looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, hard-working person to join their team. You will have the chance to work with a talented Chef and learn the required skills for a fast career advancement.
As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, specifically:
- Ensuring all dishes, cutlery and utensils are washed and ready for use
- Assisting the Chef with basic food preparation
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
- Following weekly cleaning schedule
- Monitoring the cleaning products and waste sacks and reporting to the manager when more stock is required
- Ensuring all waste is tidy and put out for collection at the correct time
You will need:
To be passionate about food and cooking
Basic level of spoken English
To be happy to work as part of a hard working team
To be able to cope with the physical demands of regular cleaning duties
No previous experience required.
