Ground Coffee Society are looking for a full time kitchen porter to work in our busy Putney café. We serve the best brunch in Putney along with our awesome coffee and are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a busy and growing team.
We are looking for someone who ideally has some experience in kitchens but training will be provided.
A good level of spoken English is required as we are an international team and clear communication is essential.
Approximately 30 + hours a week, including weekends with 50% staff discount on food, staff uniforms are provided as well as tips paid weekly. We offer a competitive rate (£7.50 an hour) and there is opportunity for development and training.
The main duties are collecting and washing up of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery and returning them to their rightful place. Cleaning food preparation areas and equipment as required. Assisting in food preparation as directed by the chefs and manager.
