We are a dynamic and successful business which has grown from 2 to 5 gourmet food stores in south- west London in the last 2 years. Based in Wimbledon Village, Parsons Green, Turnham Green, Fulham and Battersea, we sell over 4,000 product lines to appeal to all foodies! We sell everything from artisan breads, ethically sourced meat and fish, seasonal fresh produce and over 150 different types of cheeses to name but a few!
At the heart of our business, we have a very busy, creative kitchen, based at our Parsons Green store. Which focuses on producing daily, fresh, seasonal dishes. Think watermelon gazpacho, beetroot hummus and Fennel seabass! The kitchen also produces its own branded ready-to-cook gourmet meals, pizzas, risottos, superfood salads and all types of sandwiches/wraps/baguettes and bagels for lunchtime custom. Also, now, a firm favourite with our customers are the outdoors food Stalls which serve a variety of hot food specialities on a daily basis throughout the year.
We currently need a f/t (5 shifts p w) Kitchen Assistant to join the rest of our fantastic team to help in the sandwich kitchen for 4 shifts per week, and for 1 shift per week to set up and run one of our outside food Stalls, preparing and selling freshly cooked produce. If you enjoy a fast pace, a great team and can commute to us for an early start, please get in contact. Hours are based on 6am-2pm, with some weekend work. Some kitchen experience and fluent English required.
