A modern, fully equipped professional Kitchen (Central Production Unit) producing natural, healthy food and juices, predominantly from organic materials, in 1-3 Britannia Way, North Acton, NW10 7PR
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who will amongst other, be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all kitchen surfaces (Interior and exterior of fridges, Slicer machine, Rational Oven, Stove, Shelves, Mixer), delivering to the kitchen the daily supplies that are needed for daily production and assisting in the cooking process. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing checklists and recording procedures to review with the Sous chef.
You should have an eye for detail, hardworking, compliant to food and safety and health and safety policies at all times.
You should also be a team player eager to learn and to assist the chefs. A minimum related experience of 3 years is required.
