Full time kitchen Assistant/porter required for an Italian restaurant in Ealing.
Coda di Volpe is in need of a kitchen assistant/ porter to assist in the maintenance of the kitchen and ensure that the team have all the equipment and crockery required to continue throughout a busy service. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and reliable candidate to join our hardworking kitchen team.
Main duty of a Kitchen Assistant involves washing up, cleaning, taking kitchen deliveries and working alongside the team of chefs and helping with basic food preparation
. Very good rate of pay for an experienced, hardworking person with relevant work experience.

Job description
* Ensuring back of house is kept clean and that machinery is kept clean and in good working order
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn -Must be able to work as a team and work well with others.
*Must be clean, organised and helpful.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Able to work flexible shifts.
* Managing and ensuring stock levels are adequate
* Chopping vegetables and cheese
* Loading dishwasher
* Cleaning chefs equipment
* Preparing salads and basic starters on the plate
* Mopping and sweeping kitchen floor
* Cleaning and making sure kitchen is clean with the help of the chefs.
-Level 2 Food and Hygiene certificate is a plus
-Eligible to live and work in UK
