Esters is an ambitious independent cafe in Stoke Newington dedicated to the best in brunch, coffee, cake and more. We were recently featured in the Telegraph’s top 30 coffee shops in the UK.
Our food is seasonally focused and creative. We make the majority of our products from scratch in our small kitchen.
We are looking for a part-time kitchen assistant (15-25 hours/week) to start as soon as possible. We do not require experience for this role, and are happy to take on a novice and train them provided they demonstrate a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the job. Your job will involve washing and organising dishes, assisting with basic food prep, cleaning and closing the kitchen.
You will
- Possess a friendly disposition and exceptionally positive attitude
- Work efficiently and with focus
- Be a fast, energetic worker who is happy to Muck in
- Be fastidious about cleanliness, organisation and timekeeping
- Have excellent English communication skills
