We are looking for a hard working kitchen assistant to start working us at our venues in Hackney. We are an independent team and we're looking for someone ambitious and hard working to come into the kitchen for training and to learn about our kitchens.
You must be willing to learn and have some basic kitchen experience.
experience of kitchen porter and prep would be ideal.
Training will be provided.
The venue currently specialises in burgers, salads, and a range of American influenced dishes as well as a brunch menu.
The role entails a minimum of 40 hours in the kitchen a week with an emphasis on weekends and evenings.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The role:
- Kitchen assistant / Trainee Chef
- Good pay
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Training is provided
Desirable skills and experience:
- Some experience of kitchens and prep
- Attention to detail
- Good communication
- Hardworking
- Outgoing and a strong team player
- Willingness and commitment to learn.

We run several Modern British and US styled venues in Hackney, East London. We currently have three sites operating as well as several pop-ups including BBQs, bars and cocktail venues, a restaurant and a public house. We are a young and highly ambitious group, looking to raise the quality and experience of customers at our current venues, and looking to expand.
