Kitchen Assistant

We have an exciting position now open for a kitchen assistant in our busy Café in Bushy Park. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately and join there busy, buzzing kitchen.
As a Kitchen Assistant, your key responsibilities would include Basic food preparation, cooking and assisting the chef serving Hot and cold food and beverages.
You will also ensure that the kitchen is kept clean at all times and to ensure that the highest level of Health and Safety and hygiene is maintained
You will assist in maintaining that the equipment, floors and walls are kept clean at all times. Basically, you will assist with the smooth running of the kitchen production areas and helping senior members of staff with day to day duties
The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and will have some cooking experience. This kitchen assistant role is very similar to a Catering Assistant position.
