Reporting to:            Head Chef
Hours:                       You will be expected to work five morning shifts per week, unless agreed otherwise which is approximately 48 hours per week.

Join us as a Kitchen assistant. We are looking for someone with a passion for the culinary world to join our busy and expanding team. You will be the person who helps keep the kitchen in order. Keep it clean, keep it safe and help the chefs with basic food preparation.
You’ll be used to working in a busy environment and have a real sense of team spirit as we’re a close knit team.

Summary of Key activities and responsibilities.
•           Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
•           Unpacking and organising deliveries.
•           Basic preparation of food tasks.
•           Monitoring fridge temperatures and correct storage of all food items.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
•           Some Previous experience working within a busy kitchen would be preferable.
•           A strong work ethic
•           A passion for food with a desire to learn.
•           The right to work in the United Kingdom.
